Top-Trans QSFP+-40G-PLR4 is an Arista Networks QSFP-40G-PLR4 Compatible QSFP+ Optical Transceiver, of excellent interoperation on Arista 7050X3 Series switches. This PLR4 module provides a high-density and low-power 40GbE solution for data centers east and west traffic, high-performance computing networks (HPC), enterprise core and distribution layer applications. It is fully compliant with the QSFP+ MSA and IEEE 802.3ae  standards.

Top-Trans QSFP+-40G-PLR4 uses 4 integrated silicon modulators to create four parallel optical paths each capable of 10Gbps for the aggregate rate of 40Gbps. It is ideal for the fibre link of 10KM over eight cores single-mode fibre wires with MPO/MTP connectors. With build-in DDM/DOM functions, this module can monitor operation status and diagnose voltage, bias current, RX power, and TX power.
