Cisco QSFP-40G-BIDI Compatible Transceiver 850NM PAM4 300M Multimode Fiber Dual LC

Top-Trans QSFP-40G-BIDI is equivalent to Cisco QSFP-40G-SRBD, using the new modulation technology PAM4, MUX/DEMUX 4x10G into 2x20G electrical channels and coupling them over two independent optical paths with bidirectional optics and simplex LC fiber. This allows the reuse of the installed LC duplex cabling infrastructure for the 40GbE application. 

Top-Trans QSFP-40G-BIDI is made up of 850-900NM VCSEL and PIN to support the optical link over the multimode fiber up to the distance of 300m via OM3 MMF and 400m via OM4 MMF. This QSFP+ module is compliant with the QSFP+ MSA and IEEE 802.ba XLPPI electrical interface with built-in DDM/DOM functions via an I2C Interface to monitor the online operation status.
